In the process, some accounts were temporarily deactivated to ensure a seamless transition. If your account was affected, don’t worry! Reactivating it is quick and straightforward. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to get back into your account and start enjoying the upgraded website.
Step 1: Try to Log-In
After our upgrade, you should have received an email from us explaining the reactivation process. If not, don't worry! Here’s what to do if you haven’t seen it:
- Try to log-in on your World of Books Account (Website only)
- If your account is inactive, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your account. See below:
Step 2: Click on Confirm Account
- Click on the “Confirm Account” button
You will be taken to a webpage in which you will be asked to create a new password for your account.
Step 3: Create a New Password
- Create a New Password
- Confirm the New Password created. Please remember both passwords needs to match!
- Click on "Activated Account"
Once done so your account should be ready to go and you will be logged in instantaneously! You will also received a confirmation email like the one below:
