I received the wrong item — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! If you've received an item that you didn't order, please contact our support team via Sherlock (AI Agent) and we'll make it right.


When you get in touch, please include:


  • Your order number
  • The title of the item you received
  • The title and the ISBN number of the item you originally ordered


We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible. You won't need to return the incorrect item.
